Just to give you an idea of the kind of work I do and to give you a definitive answer on pricing, the following are samples of some of the sites I do and the rates I charge for that type of work.
www.advancedinkjet.biz This is a simple two page site with a domain name and inbound links. It is simple and fits well within the theme of one of my sites. For a site like this I can do something this simple for $100.00. This site ranks in Google's local search engines as well.
www.JoesGiantOrange.com While this site is basic, and includes very little text, it gives this small business a presence in Google including a first page ranking. Though text could be made more fancy bear in mind if I create a jpeg picture out of the text search engine spiders will not read pictures and will not know how to rank such a site. This site is maintaining a good ranking however there is almost no competition in that field where the owner's domain lies. This site could improve its ranking with good backlinks, but before doing so it needs more text on each of the pages along with pictures. This site was built from scratch and if you wish to have a similiar site I would charge a flat rate of $200.00 and a price of $50.00 hosting per year. I can create, modify text, or use your own if you wish. A site like this I can have a finished turn around time of no more than three days absolute max. On such a site if you wish to pay hosting fees and / or do site maintenence I can hand the codes over to you at no additional cost so that you will have complete control over the site. If you would like site maintenence my rates will be $20.00 an hour. While I realize customers may be in different parts of the world I can communicate by chatting which is my preferred method. We will need to establish some goals, and timelines before we start as well as strategies too. Note that this web site is using a dot.com registered domain name which gives it leverage in the search engines.
www.wayout.name This site has been rebuilt a few times and I still have plans to improve it adding links and testimonies. While a basic site it does have some custom jpegs on it. There are only four pages on this site and so it does take little room on the server. The bottom link is a hyperlink to my main site. This site has several domain names pointing at a similiar subdomain which gives it a better chance of coming up when typed into the search engines. There is a fair amount of text here which the search engines love. Now on other sites I have pdf files embedded on the pages. Search engines often pick up pdf files and improve page ranking even indexing the page with the pdfs on them. This site needs quality backlinks to achieve a good ranking in the search engines. The picture in the center is flash and if you want similiar animation it is not hard, though for custom work I will have to see what I can do. There are a wealth of premade templates out there ready to go, and while I don't mind doing research my time is money. For a basic site like this with some custom work in it including a few custom banners, (backlinks to improve rankings are extra and vary in pricing) with supplied text, (minor textual changes will be made to be picked up in the search engines) the price on such a site would be approximately $400.00. Hosting will be about $50.00 annually.
www.bible-heaven.com This site here has custom background colors, custom banners, lots of key word rich text, audio and more it is the most fancy site I own. This site has multiple links to other sites, and while differing from a lot of sites out there in that there is a lot of diversity www.bible-heaven.com this site has potential to grow and achieve a very high search engine ranking. I am working now to improve ranking by several methods. One would be to embed video which is the latest craze in search engine ranking, email marketing, backlinks and more. While the rankings are low now I have prepared the site to do very well in the search engines and I expect it to dominate several places in the search engines once I get the backlinks all up. In addition to all this there are several domains pointing at the subdomain. A site like this could cost several thousand depending on how much time and custom work you wish to have done for you.
www.shastalakebiblefellowship.com Believe it or not a site like this takes a lot of work and lot of room on the server. While I do not do a lot or regular site maintenance here it takes time to build a good site. This site has multiple audio files, pictures and more on it. A site like this could be customized with Dreamweaver software which produces the best looking sites. If I need to purchase any custom products like Dreamweaver to do a project it will natually cost extra. Dreamweaver is $400.00 minimum pricing.
www.prostores.com While this is a good storefront and I can set stores up, they are an enormous amount of work and extremely time consuming. Understand to do a quality storefront there are many different levels of stores and qualities of packages. Prostores is one I have worked with and while it is good if making money is key we need to sit down and work out some details because while many things should in theory work, things don't always work out.
While I have many many more sites that I could list for days if you want a site we can work out the finer details on each project you need done. While I don't mind doing some free consultation my time is my money and I need to use it wisely. In other words serious inquiries only! While I don't mind doing different themes of web sites I would prefer to keep the sites in context to what I do now. This way I can link them all together depending on your site. For payment plans while I can use paypal however my preferred method of payment would be in money orders. Note if the payment does not clear sites will be pass protected until billing can be straightened out.
In addition I do writing, art, photography (limited), poetry, Power Points and more. Bear in mind the reason for me branching out with this type of work is to further the ministries I have created, and recover from some serious financial wounds a pastor did to me a from 2007-2008. On all the sites I build I would prefer to give you the codes and set up hosting in your name so that you may handle your own hosting which will be through Homestead.com. I am willing to train you on how to make updates and get you going, and if you need anymore major updating I will gladly do it.
